Our team was founded in 2018 with 3 Executive Recruiters which has now been built up to a team of 7 based across the USA, Germany, UAE, China and Singapore. You will become part of an outstanding team of friendly, approachable and collaborative Exec Recruiters who have joined Siemens from premier search firms around the globe. Location: We are flexible on the location of the role (ideally within Europe). Remote is also an option (with flexibility to travel post COVID-19). The Challenge: Partnering closely with C-level in our businesses, you will act as an executive talent advisor responsible for building pipelines and filling management opportunities as well as: Leading end-to-end recruiting process for executive level roles, delivering an outstanding recruiting & on-boarding experience, including ability to negotiate compensation packages with candidates Leading detailed interviews with candidates. Consulting and advising Siemens Senior Management on findings and selection recommendations. Building up niche market knowledge on competitors and their executive talent pools. As a project manager - building and implementing the global in-house executive search portfolio: concept, communication & services. Contributing to the development of our Recruiting technology ecosystem through identification, analysis, and implementation of market leading technologies (specifically in assessment) Using data and analytics to deliver insight on recruiting performance and external talent markets to partners across HR & business leadership. You: Your deep expertise in constructing and delivering sophisticated research and sourcing approaches, tailored to different business requirements, will be complemented by 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition / executive recruiting from either in-house or agency (ideally with a premier executive search firm). This expertise would have ideally been built in an international / global capacity but is not essential. Our businesses will come to you for skilled advice, where you will use your influencings skills to manage expectations of executive level partners who will appreciate your ability to understand and navigate a complex, global matrix organization. Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and colleagues.
